Executive Coaching

Do you feel as though your executives are losing ground as they face constant, unprecedented levels of change? Is it apparent to you that improving their teams’ performance is the way out of this dilemma, but their immediate reaction is to hold on to control even tighter?

We work with leaders who are open to the possibility that if anything is going to improve in their organization, they must be the first to change, and by involving their key stakeholders in the coaching process, it will be a game changer.

Our interactions will be totally confidential, and their willingness to be vulnerable and hear honest feedback from those around them will be a prerequisite. Why? Because it demonstrates a willingness to establish an open and honest relationship which, if not already present in these associations, will be a first step toward establishing mutual trust and respect.

We will also serve as their sounding board, confidant, and  thought partner, and will continue to emphasize their wider agenda even though their daily grind seems to be all-consuming. A typical engagement lasts nine to twelve months.


Executive Team Coaching

Have you hired a team of incredibly talented executives who struggle to coalesce as a high-performing team? Are they not aware that their role as an individual leader is different from their role as an executive team member?

Our focus with leadership teams will be to work behind the scenes to help them achieve their strategic objectives. We work with leaders to create a shared vision of what success will look like; gain clarity about the challenges that exist; face up to the realities of organizational capability; and together we will build plans to remove whatever obstacles are in the way of their success. A typical engagement lasts six to twelve months.


Executive Transition Acceleration

Have you invested significantly in recruiting and promoting the right leaders in your organization only to have them struggle in their new roles? Is it not apparent that they understand the demands of their new role or possess the skills or flexibility to be effective? 

We will provide, at an accelerated pace, the support needed for your executives to be integrated and productive members of your organization. We work with the executives for them to learn and adapt to the culture; develop organizational savvy skills; and gain clarity as to what is expected in their new roles. This approach is accelerated and lasts no more than four to six months.  


Technical Expert to Leader

Has your best engineer (logistician, IT developer, doctor, lawyer, etc.) been promoted into a leadership role and is now clearly out of their element? Do they lack the awareness that “soft skills” really are hard skills, and that emotional intelligence is likely more important than their technical expertise? 

We will utilize iPEC’s Leadership Development System (LDS) to remedy the struggles these star-quality individual performers experience as they transition into leadership positions, as too often the nuances of emotional intelligence seem to be beyond their grasp. The LDS will educate them to understand how to get work done through others, and other critical concepts, while engaging in real-world exercises for them to apply in their new roles. A typical engagement is approximately six to nine months.


Veteran Retention Coaching

Have you been losing veterans that you worked so hard to recruit, relatively soon after hiring them? Are you struggling to understand, like so many other companies, why they aren’t responding to the same rewards as your other employees? 

We engage with the leaders of these veterans, either one-on-one or in a team coaching environment, to get at the heart of what’s important to veterans and how and why that is not being provided within your organization. A typical engagement lasts three to six months.


Political Savvy Workshops with Follow-on Coaching

Do your leaders struggle to sell their ideas across the organization? Is their good work all too often being sabotaged by others?

We deliver one- and two-day political savvy workshops, in person and virtually, to provide practical influence skills for building organizational impact with integrity. Participants will improve their organizational performance and outcomes through increased influence and impact. Additionally, we offer a 90-minute webinar called Politics and Power Pitfalls for Women. These workshops can be standalone, but they are most powerful when coupled with follow-on coaching.


Average engagements last 6-12 months. Programs can be designed to accommodate individual budgets and objectives.
